But cook it slowly over low heat. For example, to boil rice, first heat it fast, but when the water starts to bubble, reduce the heat a little. Because it will make your rice fine. Similarly, when you cook rice over low heat, it does not turn out well. So be careful not to over-brown the onions. Because I try to make this dish quickly and easily in less time.
So I fry all the vegetables a little to make this dish. But keep in mind that you have to chop the onion very finely. If you want to use shellac, you can. But I don’t like the taste of it, so I’ll give it a try.
But be careful not to overcook the chicken. So it is better to cook chicken before making rice. When you are sure that the chicken is cooked, remove it from the stove, then cook the rice and vegetables in a crockpot until the rice is soft.
So I recommend salt, pepper, thyme, and daisy mustard to enhance the taste. But you can adjust these ingredients to suit your own and your family’s choice.

Long brown rice
2 cups long brown rice But no other dish is better than rice.
2 cups 4 medium-sized carrots.
1/2 small shell finely chopped.
1/4 onion finely chopped.
1/3 tablespoon dijon mustard
Half a kilo without bones or chicken breast.
2 teaspoons garlic powder or whatever you like.
1/2 teaspoon dry thyme.
1 teaspoon salt or to taste.
1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 cup peas.
2/2 cup freshly chopped sharp cheddar cheese as much as you like.
Finely chopped parsley for serving.
So first spray the non-stick spray lightly in a large cooker. Now add rice, carrots, slots, and dijon mustard and stir well. Now put the chicken pieces in order, then add the garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper and add the chicken broth. Then cook for about 1 hour, until the chicken is well cooked.
When you are sure the chicken is cooked, take it out on a plate and cover it to keep it warm. Now shake the rice, vegetables, and broth and cover again, until the rice becomes soft and it may take you some more time to cook it.
Now mix peas and yogurt and stir. Then chop the chicken and mix it with some cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and cover again. Now cook it till the cheese is completely melted. Now sprinkle fresh parsley as required and serve hot.
So I don’t recommend using any type of rice other than brown rice for this recipe.
Now I would not recommend cooking it on low heat at all, because if you cook rice on low heat, the rice does not turn out well. But if you can make it on low heat, let me know about it in the comments.
However, sometimes cooking times may vary. That is, sometimes it takes more than an hour. So when you make this dish, think about the time according to your cooker model. If you are making this dish for the first time, you need to be extra careful.
