Roasted chicken and potatoes aren’t hard to work. Now you just need to have plenty of patience as well as a little bit of creativity. So to ensure you don’t burn the potatoes too easily, they will need to cool down before peeling them. But on both sides of the meal, I recommend two large potatoes. So one potato should be cut into small pieces before peeling. While waiting for the potato to cool, wrap the potato tightly in foil and fry until crisp brown. Roasting potatoes and chicken is one of those recipes, where there is no wrong answer, they’re just different. So some of the most successful roast meals involve potatoes and chicken, While others are made with fish or even pork on occasion. So my recipe goes for a traditional method that involves roasting potatoes in butter, baking them in a 400F oven, seasoning with salt and pepper, and roasting. Although it’s a simple process and will give you great results.


1 kg chicken queens

1 kg of potatoes

3 Cut medium carrots into small pieces

2 onions in the middle

Chop 5 cloves garlic

3 to 4 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste

1 teaspoon ground black pepper or as required

1/3 tablespoon dry rosary


So first heat the oven to 340 degrees F.

Now add chicken, potato, carrot, onion, garlic, and olive oil. Then add salt and pepper to it and mix well.

Now add chicken to the potatoes. Then sprinkle the dried rosemary on the chicken and all the So cook it for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Until the chicken is crispy, depending on its color, golden brown. Let the potatoes soften with it.

When it becomes crispy and brown, place it in a broiler for 4 to 5 minutes to simmer. But be careful after placing it on the broiler, as there is a risk of burning the chicken.

When cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot.
