1/1 kg pumpkin

2/1 tablespoon fennel

2 tablespoons sugar or whatever flavor you like

3/2 tablespoon yeast

1 kg flour

3 cups of syrup

2/1 piece of cinnamon

5 cloves, 1/1 fig leaves

3 fennel seeds

1 pineapple peel

  • So peel and cube the sweet potatoes. Drain the can of pumpkin, rinse to remove any extra syrup, and cut into cubes. Then peel the aniseeds and use a mortar, pestle, or blender to grind them down into a powder. While placing them and the pumpkin into a saucepan with 1 cup of water (1/2 cup if you’d like to use a fresh pumpkin). Then cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until tender, using a fork to mash or puree them together as needed.
  • However, in a container add the desired amount of warm water (lukewarm) to one and a half cups of flour. Then get everything mixed together, pour in the yeast, stir well and cover for ten minutes.
