So using this recipe, fry the chicken and all the ingredients on low heat until it starts to smell.
So if you like sharp spices, you can increase the amount of pepper to your liking.
If you do not have curry leaves, there is nothing wrong with leaving them. But adding curry leaves makes the taste of paper chicken delicious.
So I often use Kashmiri red chili powder, but it is not a problem to use ordinary red chili powder.
So Kashmiri red chili powder spice is not so spicy, but if you want to use ordinary red chili powder, you can use at most 1/2 teaspoon.
How to make it?
So first take a medium-sized cup, now cover it with chicken, pepper powder, and salt to taste, but marinate well for about 30 minutes.
Now take a large pan and heat it, then add cumin and curry leaves till it bursts. Now add cardamom, green chilies, ginger, and garlic, mix well, and keep frying.
When frying all these species, add onion and fry it. So when the onion is cooked, add the tomatoes and cook for a few seconds.
Cook the spices well, adding the turmeric, hot spices, coriander powder, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and cook.
And last but not least, the marinated chicken. Mix it well with spices and cook. Cover it and let the chicken cook. Now open the pan and fry the chicken until the water is completely absorbed.
When completely frying the chicken, remove the pepper chicken from the plate and serve.
Eat this dish with chapatti. You can eat this dish with rice if you want.
1 a kilo of chicken.
1/2 tablespoon pepper powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste.
2/2 tablespoon of lemon juice or to taste.
For the recipe of dish:
4 tablespoons cooking oil.
2 tablespoons cumin seeds.
Curry leaves as much as you like.
4 to 5 cardamoms.
3 small green peppers.
2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic.
1/3 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
1/2 medium onion chopped.
2 small-sized tomatoes.
1/3 teaspoon turmeric.
1/2 teaspoon hot spices.
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder.
Crushed pepper as required.
1/2 teaspoon salt or as required.
Make sure to put the chicken, pepper powder, lemon juice, and salt in a medium bowl, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Put oil in a pan, add cumin and curry leaves and cook till it explodes.
Now add cardamom, green chilies, ginger, and garlic, mix well, and fry for a few seconds.
Add onion and tomato and cook it so that it will mix with tomato.
When the tomatoes are cooked, add a few spices such as turmeric, hot spices, coriander powder, ground black pepper, and salt. Mix it well and keep cooking.
Add the marinated chicken with the spices, mix well and cover the chicken.
Keep cooking until all the chicken water is absorbed.
Finally, if the spices stick completely to the chicken, turn off the stove. Remove to a plate and serve.
