1 1 cup plain yogurt

1 kg chicken without bones.

3 tablespoons oil

MINT SAUCE:

1 cup plain yogurt

1/3 cup mint leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

So first take a large cup, now mix all the ingredients of marinade in it and add chicken and cover. Now leave to marinate for 12 to 24 hours.

Therefore now heat the oven to about 180C / 350F. Place the foil on one tray and a rack on the other.

But now remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a rack, and bake for 20 minutes.
