What is Mutton Shashlik:
So mutton shashlik is a dish of marinated mutton that is grilled on skewers. It is a popular dish in Central Asia and the Caucasus and has also become popular in other parts of the world. However, it is a type of kebab, popular in the Caucasus, Central Asia, and Russia. Thus the term shashlik is also used to refer to similar kebabs in other cuisines, such as the Turkish shish kebab. This dish is usually made with lamb, but chicken or beef can also be used.
History of Mutton Shashlik:

INGREDIENTS:
Cut 1 kg boneless mutton/beef into fairly small pieces.
1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste.
Make a 1/3 tablespoon portion of ginger paste.
1/4 cup portion of yogurt.
Take 1/2 tablespoon portion of raw papaya.
Chilli powder has as much flavor as you like.
Grind 1/5 teaspoon of garam masala.
1/1 tablespoon serving of ground coriander.
Salt as needed.
5 small capsicums.
3 medium onions.
4 tomatoes.
INSTRUCTIONS:
So first cut the meat into small pieces. But, marinate the garlic, ginger, curd, raw papaya, chili powder, black pepper, and coriander powder, and salt it well.
However, after that keep, it covered for at least 6 hours.
When cutting the capsicum, onion, and tomato into small pieces and mix with the meat pieces.
Then skewer the tomato, onion, and capsicum pieces with the meat pieces.
Apply the oil to all the skewers with a brush.
Now serve it with hot rice.
