However, the chicken is well coated in all the spices and cooked on fire or grill. So this chicken dish started with Taino, who made the jerk method. Then it was made by African slaves in the form of this dish. But jerk is usually derived from Spanish charge, so it means chicken strips.

This is a quick jerk chicken recipe that you can use to make any kind of meal! I’m here to give you an easy tasty snack. You know when you buy your favorite ice cream or pizza or whatever you are craving… when you go to the store and order online and get your favorite products… all kind of delicious, but what if you were having a bad dream, and you remembered that they didn’t offer any type of dessert or cake, so you don’t have to enjoy them? Well, I can tell you that this will be exactly what you want to eat on every single occasion!

How to prepare it?

1) Cut up 2 large carrots

2) Heat oil on medium heat. Fry both carrots until they turn golden brown

3) Season with salt and pepper and add to marinate.

4) Cook till the meat is almost cooked and crispy on top. (You could also make these fast in advance so you won’t have to cook them later)

5) Serve with your choice of sauce!

If you want good taste, make it a habit to use fresh ingredients. However, in this recipe, I have used all the fresh ingredients myself, so that this dish of chicken becomes better and tastier.

Also, if you want to marinate, do it for a longer period of time. Because by doing so, all the spices in the chicken will be well mixed. I would recommend you to marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours. Then turn the chicken over and over and marinate all the spices well.

But when you are grilling, the method of cooking it is somewhat different. So be careful while cooking it. When you cook this dish on the grill, take care of the temperature so that the chicken does not burn.

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg chicken

7 green onions, cut into small pieces *

Chop 8 cloves of garlic.

Peel squash, and squeeze the juice.

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

2 tablespoons fresh theme leaves

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1/1 teaspoon crushed spices

1 teaspoon crushed cinnamon

1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS:

First, put the chicken in a large pot. Then add all the ingredients, now freeze it in the refrigerator for 3 to 2 hours.

However, heat the oven to 373 degrees and place a sheet line of aluminum foil on it, then spray it with cooking spray.
