The Green Chili Chicken Recipe is a dish that you can easily make quickly. If you come home tired from the office, but you want to cook fast, you can make this dish. Although I’ve written a lot of chicken recipes, my recipe is number one. So this dish is preferred in India and Pakistan, But the people of Hyderabad, India make this dish at weddings and other celebrations.

Because this dish contains green chili and coriander paste which makes the color of this dish green.

So when you are cooking chicken, make flat chapatti with it. Because this dish is preferred to be eaten with chapatti, but if you want to make lacha paratha, they can also make it.

So if you have been cooking chicken for some time and the chicken is not yet fully cooked, you can add a little water and cook for some more time, so that it is fully cooked.

So if you’re going to the office, marinate the chicken and refrigerate it before you go.

So by evening, all the chicken pieces are well mixed in all the spices, now add it to the green chili paste and cook quickly with seasoning.

To prepare the green paste in advance, use it whenever you are preparing the dish.


  • Cut half a kilo of boneless chicken into 2 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green chilies
  • 3 small onions cut into quarters
  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • 1.6 inch finely chopped ginger or whatever you like
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 3/6 cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons roasted coriander-cumin powder.
  • 2 teaspoons hot spices


  1. So first make a paste by mixing finely chopped green chilies, onion, garlic, ginger, salt in coriander.
  2. Then marinate the chicken pieces well in the past.
  3. After half an hour, heat the oil in a frying pan, now add cumin and turmeric powder.
  4. Then put the marinated chicken and green chilies in oil and cook. So add some quantity of cumin powder and coriander powder.
  5. Therefore adds hot spices, add half a cup of water, and cover, then cook on medium heat for about ten minutes.
  6. Now lower the heat and look at the chicken, then if you feel that the chicken is not cooked completely, cook it for another ten minutes.
  7. When it is fully cooked, serve it.
