Harissa is a spicy and delicious dish, although it is made from North African pepper paste, which is derived from the word Tunisia. So this dish is basically fragrant and full of flavor. Ingredients used include pepper, garlic, tomato, olive oil, cumin, and coriander. By combining them, Harisa sauce can be easily made at home.

Mix olive oil, garlic (paste), cumin, salt, and pepper to make harissa paste. But you can keep the number of spices you want. So make the right amount of Harisa paste to make two pounds of chicken. So you marinate the chicken in the morning and cook it easily in the evening. But if you marinate it overnight, it is a good way to absorb the taste. So when you think it’s ready to cook, take a simple frying pan.

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons olive oil.

Harissa Paste 2 tbsp.

4 to 5 finely chopped garlic.

1/2 teaspoon paprika.

1 teaspoon cumin.

1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste.

1 teaspoon pepper

Half a kilo of chicken breast, cut into 2-inch pieces.

Take your choice of rice.

For fresh mint garnish.

Instructions:

Take a large bowl and mix in the olive oil, harissa paste, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the mixed spices and stir well. Now refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours.

Take a large saucepan and heat it over medium heat, now put the chicken in the saucepan. Keep cooking until the chicken is well mixed. Now cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.

You can eat it if you want to put it on rice, and serve it with fresh mint. You can also eat it with plain yogurt if you like.
