INGREDIENTS:
5 small onions
Cut 4/2 cup zucchini into small pieces
3 red chilies
3/3 capsicum
2/2 yellow bell pepper
2/1 green chili
Olive oil
TO MAKE THE GARLIC SAUCE:
1/4 cup olive oil
1/5 clove garlic
Finely chop 4 tablespoons of parsley
Chop a 3/3 tablespoon portion of red pepper
1/1 teaspoon of rosemary
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
So first soak the skewers in water and wash them well. However, all the skewers should be ready for the vegetables. Now cut the onion into small pieces. Then cut capsicum, yellow capsicum, and zucchini into small pieces.
Now make the garlic sauce. So to make the chutney, in a small pot, finely chop the olive oil, garlic, parsley, red pepper, salt, and black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
Now put all the vegetables in each skewer alternately. Brush the olive oil frequently while grilling. However, heat the grill on medium heat and keep the skewers. Then keep flipping the skewers frequently so that the vegetables cook well.
