1 kg chicken breast

1/2 cup cheese

2/1 tablespoon butter

1/3 cup yellow onion, finely chopped

1/1 stick celery finely chopped.

4 cloves garlic, chopped.

Chop 3 to 4 tomatoes

4/1 cup chicken broth

1/3 cup buffalo sauce

9 cubes cream cheese, soft

1.6 cup cheddar cheese, cut

Cut 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1 pinch red pepper or to taste

Use 2/1 tablespoon cold butter as you wish or not.


So first put the chicken in water and boil it lightly, so that the chicken becomes a little softer. Then cook it until it is cooked. Now put the cheese on one side.

Moderate the heat here, and melt the butter in a deep frying pan. Now add onion and celery. Cook until soft. Then add garlic and cook.

Then add the chopped tomato and chicken broth. When it starts to boil, add pasta. Now boil the pasta well.

Then boil it for 10-15 minutes. But be careful not to overcook the pasta while cooking. However, cook it on low heat so that the sauce thickens. While cooking, keep the pasta so that the pasta does not stick.

Now cut the buffalo sauce, cream cheese cubes, and cheese. Stir gently, but the sauce will thicken slowly.
