18oz package flour

14 to 15 tablespoons of butter

3/4 cups of sugar

1/2 cup water

1/1 cup honey

Add 2 tablespoons orange juice if you like

INSTRUCTIONS:

PART 1 BAKLAVA & FILLING:

So first of all place honey, water, and sugar in a saucepan and heat over stove-top, stirring occasionally, Until all ingredients are well combined. After this bring the mixture to a boil. Then lower the temperature on your stove so it can simmer for about 25 minutes. While Adding orange extract, if using. Stir well. Now turn off the heat when it’s done and let it cool to lukewarm. Just add lemon juice at the end until you’ve reached your desired flavor. So remember to remove cloves before serving. 

PART 2 MAKE MIXTURE:

Just fill a large mixing bowl with pistachios, walnut, and hazelnuts. Now pulse the mixture if necessary using a food processor to break down any pieces that are too large. So add sugar, cinnamon, and cloves and mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients in your batter.
