One and five portions of salt

2 part softened butter

One and four cups portions of sugar

3 teaspoons lemon zest

2/2% egg yolk

2/1 tablespoon portion of water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 8% Caramel sauce.

Sugar powder

So mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Then add lemon zest. Give the ingredients a quick whisk to evenly distribute them among one another.

Now heat the oven to 352 degrees and prepare a baking sheet. Pinch off a piece of simple dough, shape it into a ball then set it on your plate. Repeat until you have enough 4-inch diameter disks. Take one disk at a time and wrap it in a layer of plastic wrap so that no moisture escapes during the resting period.

Place them all inside the refrigerator for about an hour where they will adopt a pizzelle shape as they chill out from the ball stage to thicker ones made from rolling out individually later on!

Now cut half of the dough into 24 2-inch cookies, rerolling scraps if necessary. However, place it on two baking sheets and let it bake for 14 to 15 minutes until its color turns golden. Once these are out of the oven, allow them to cool before continuing.

Now mix all the ingredients into one. Then beat them on high until fluffy and light in texture. While this is going on, lightly beat together egg yolks as well as water and almond extract. Then slowly add this liquid mixture to the first mixture while mixing everything on low. Once all ingredients are well-mixed, transfer them into a greased bundt pan.
