Part of 4/1 cups flour
2/1 cup portion corn starch
One and a half spoon baking soda
2 spoons portion of baking powder
One and five portions of salt
2 part softened butter
One and four cups portions of sugar
3 teaspoons lemon zest
2/2% egg yolk
2/1 tablespoon portion of water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

So mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Then add lemon zest. Give the ingredients a quick whisk to evenly distribute them among one another.
